Terms of Service

To use the Itlumee Partner App, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age
• •Be legally authorized to provide the services you list
• •Submit accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• •Have all licenses and certifications as required by applicable laws

Itlumee follows a subscription-based model for service providers. You are required to pay a fixed subscription fee to access and use the App and its features.

• •The subscription fee is non-refundable
• •Fee may be subject to change with prior notice
• •Failure to renew may lead to account deactivation

Itlumee does not involve itself in any transactions between users and partners. You are solely responsible for setting your own pricing and collecting payments directly from users.

• •Any disputes must be resolved between you and the user
• •Direct payment collection responsibility

As a Partner on Itlumee, you agree to:

• •Deliver services in a professional and timely manner
• •Ensure that all information about your services is clear and accurate
• •Maintain respectful and professional communication with users and the Itlumee team
• •Comply with all laws and safety regulations relevant to your services

You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to post any misleading, illegal, or offensive content.

• •Itlumee reserves the right to remove or edit violating content
• •Must comply with community guidelines

If you need to cancel a confirmed service, you must inform the user as early as possible.

• •Repeated cancellations may result in warnings or suspension
• •Negative feedback may lead to platform removal
• •Itlumee acts as neutral party in complaints

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• •Attempting to defraud users or misrepresent services
• •Circumventing the platform to avoid subscription payments
• •Sharing or misusing user data
• •Engaging in behavior that damages Itlumee's reputation or violates laws

All content, branding, and materials provided by Itlumee are the property of Itlumee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and must not be reused or reproduced without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for violations of these Terms, false information, or unlawful activities through the App.

Itlumee shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from your use of the platform, service issues, or user behavior.

• •No responsibility for user behavior

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itlumee and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your services or interactions on the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
