1. Partner Agreement
By registering as a Partner on ItluMee, you agree to these terms. Partners are independent contractors providing services to customers through the Platform. ItluMee does not employ Partners.
2. Partner Responsibilities
Partners must: provide services as described; maintain required licenses and certifications; arrive on time for scheduled bookings; maintain professional conduct; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Pricing and Payments
Partners set their own pricing for services. ItluMee may facilitate payment collection and remit funds to Partners after deducting applicable platform fees. Payment schedules and fee structures are detailed in the Partner dashboard.
4. Quality Standards
Partners must maintain high-quality service standards. ItluMee reserves the right to remove Partners who consistently receive poor ratings, fail to meet quality standards, or violate these terms.
5. Profile and Listings
Partners must provide accurate and complete profile information. All images and descriptions must be genuine. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or services may result in account suspension.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with reasonable notice. ItluMee may immediately suspend or terminate a Partner account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or endangering customer safety.
