1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ItluMee platform ("Platform"), including the website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
ItluMee is a marketplace platform that connects customers with verified local service providers ("Partners"). The Platform facilitates the discovery, comparison, and booking of home services. ItluMee does not itself provide any services and acts solely as an intermediary.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Services and Bookings
Bookings made through the Platform are agreements between you and the service Partner. ItluMee is not a party to the service agreement. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of any service. Partners are independent contractors, not employees of ItluMee.
5. Payments
Payment for services is made directly between you and the Partner. ItluMee may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes. All prices shown on the Platform are set by Partners and may vary.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Platform; provide false information; harass or abuse Partners or other users; attempt to circumvent Platform security; use the Platform for illegal purposes; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ItluMee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItluMee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.
