The candidate should be capable of building and managing a sales network, appointing channel partners, and achieving sales targets through team leadership and market development. Key Responsibilities ✅ Recruit and manage a team of 5 Sales Executives. ✅ Guide and monitor the performance of sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets. ✅ Appoint Super Stockists in assigned territories with the prescribed security deposit and opening stock purchase. ✅ Ensure each Sales Executive develops and manages independent Stockists/Distributors within their territory. ✅ Expand product availability in retail outlets, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and general trade channels. ✅ Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans. ✅ Conduct regular field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis. ✅ Submit periodic sales and business development reports to management. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Personal Care, or Consumer Products preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to appoint channel partners and build distribution networks. Self-motivated and target-driven.
