Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking at any time before the scheduled service. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the service start time will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when: service was not provided; service was significantly different from what was described; the Partner failed to arrive at the scheduled time; or there was a billing error.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team through the app or email support@itlumee.in within 48 hours of the service. Include your booking ID and reason for the refund. We will review and process your request within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Bank refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain charges may be non-refundable, including: platform service fees in some cases; completed services that met the described specifications; and no-show fees when the customer was unavailable.
