The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling open plots, handling customer inquiries, and guiding clients through the buying process. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and follow up with potential customers Explain project details and site benefits to clients Conduct site visits and assist in closing sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve monthly sales targets Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred) Ability to convince and handle clients professionally Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
